My career from the military transitioning into civilian life has been built based on the trust of others in me to succeed in helping their team and organization succeed. From the simple stuff like showing up each day ready to go, having a positive can-do winning attitude, to the extreme high stakes, highly visible situations, projects, and initiatives where lives are on the line and failure is not an option… I am the person who is called to serve, to lead, and help others dig deep within themselves, unifying and empowering the team, growing the capability to repeatedly achieve the best results possible for the situation at hand.

Another differentiator between myself and other coaches is that I keep in mind the physical, mental, and energetic aspect of one’s self. My confidence, commitment, and consistent track record of delivering world-class, real time experiential coaching are deeply rooted in my early career as a Sonar Technician and Supervisor during cold war operations. These foundations were further strengthened through my tenure as a Deep Submergence ROV Pilot and Navigator, where I helped lead high-stakes expeditions alongside the world’s foremost military, government, and scientific experts. In both roles, failure was not an option. I bring this same level of precision, discipline, and resilience to my coaching, equipping YOU with the mindset and skills to repeatedly excel under pressure and achieve extraordinary results.
